This "Google-like" search engine makes it
easy to choose from just a few of the
thousands of food choices listed. Once you have
picked a food from this list, it is included in the
favorites list above for ease of use.
The down arrow on the right of the
favorites list will drop down a list of your favorite foods.
The Graph below shows where the
fiber came from in this daily diet record.
Next, choose how much of the food that you ate.
You can choose a slice of bread by
double-clicking or put in an exact gram
amount in the box on the right.
The measures change for each food.
This makes it easy to add any food.
